ACHERON group was founded in 1985 by Antonios Nastas and Panagiotis Efthymiou. It currently operates under the name of ACHERON BETON QUARRIES S.A. and houses its enterprises in privately-owned offices covering 400m2and in five different privately-owned locations covering a total surface area of 115 hectares of quarries, concrete production plants and ECDW disposal and recycling plants (Excavation, Construction and Demolition Waste).
It employs more than 80 workers and this number is constantly increasing due to the rapid growth and development of the group’s enterprises. The group’s human resources are made up of qualified technical staff, well-trained drivers and a renowned scientific team which safeguards and promotes research, sustainability and safety in all stages of its operation.
Through its tireless presence and 40-year course, the group has built a solid foundation so that it can be in a position today to envision the further development and optimisation of its services to the construction and contracting sector. The main pillar of our operations is the consistency of our products and it is on this basis that we plan our future strategically so that, in addition to bulk aggregates, we can also provide the Greek and international market bagged materials and products with the quality seal of the ACHERON group.
